We three senior citizen coupe stayed at Hotel Zen Ladakh from 25.08.2016 to 31.08.2016. Our out station tour of Nubra valley and Pongong Lake by Inova was arranged by Hotel and included in the Package.The stay at Hotel was very comfortable . Staff very courteous polite and well behaved. Food was very tasty and good . Rooms very clean. Ambiance very good.Out side view from Hotel Room was very pleasant and relaxing for people coming from Delhi Gurgaon or busy station. Overall package was reasonable . Mr. Thakur GM arranged all our bookings and was very courteous in modifying our tour programme which was rescheduled due to us at no cost. Immediate medical care was provided on our request. If I got a chance to go to Leh again , I shall stay in Hotel Zen ladakh.

Always wanted to visit Ladakh for almost last 5 years and finally happened this year. Reached the Leh airport at 6:30 am on 20th May and went straight to Zen Ladakh Resort as was suggested by my tour guide and also my wife. On reaching there the staff was very courteous and allowed us to check in early. The suite room was very spacious for the 3 of us. Had a balcony overlooking the snow laden mountains. What a view. The early morning breakfast was mouth watering. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was huge. The entire staff,be it at the restaurant or the front desk or the room service was very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Made us feel welcomed at the hotel as well as in ladakh. Food in the hotel was lovely. Highly recommended when you want to stay in Leh

The Zen Ladakh exceeded our expectations in every aspect. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smile and helped us to unload our luggage from the van and get to the rooms. We got our room keys in no time and luggage was delivered to the room. They provide RO filtered drinking water in glass bottles every day. Mr. Ravi Kant and Mr. Wangchuk were always available and helpful. We stayed there for total 3 nights: 2 when traveling around Leh and one when we returned back from Pangong lake. They upgraded our room on our return to Royal Suit which was amazing. The room temperatures were perfect and the common areas were absolutely clean.
The dinning services were amazing. Breakfast and dinner Buffet (we didn't eat lunch there) had huge selection and food was delicious every single time.

We stayed at The Zen Ladakh (Old block) from June 26-28 and again July 2, 2024. Weather at Leh was super hot. Breathing was difficult on the first day. The hotel staff gave us good pointers up ahead which helped a lot.
Excellent, excellent hotel. The room in the old block is cheaper and super spacious. Not much of a view. Bathroom is spacious, clean and well maintained. Good hot water through the day.
Restaurant is brilliant..the spread is amazing. Their rotis are super soft and hot. Food is very tasty. The salads are good.
The managers are amazing. Mr. Wangchuk fulfilled one of our wishes personally
at 930 pm in the night. All the staff are good. The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport.
I would recommend Zen Ladakh any day. Thanks to my cousin Santhosh who recommended this place (after 3 stays).

The manager especially Mr Sanjay Thakur is one of the most caring and dedicated manager who could look after his guests at it's best
I really appreciate his hospitality along with his staff the are completely dedicated to their job and helping to give their customer a most pleasurable stay possible in the hotel
Their services are are better than any 5 star hotel u would have stayed ever before
Please do try it out before thinking of any hotel in leh ladakh u will not regret it

We stayed 4 nights in the zen ladakh hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. Very hospitable and personal services, great food and nice complete rooms.There is good wifi connectivity too, which is a rarity in Ladakh.
The staff was excellent, always enquiring about our well being, especially on the first few days when people tend to tire out easily at that altitude. The Manager was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff.
The breakfast was quite ample, and varied, as was the menu. It was interesting to observe the other guests, especially the bikers, come in after the day's adventures, and to exchange stories with them. The hotel is well aware of the altitude sickness guests could get and have all kinds of measures in house. The hotel gave us coffee/tea, cookies and water for the journey.Thank you 🙏🏻 for taking good care of us, we will be back! Ladakh has stolen a bit of our heart.

I had an amazing stay at The Zen Ladakh! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with all modern amenities.
The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of local and continental dishes. The heated swimming pool and spa facilities added to the luxury experience.

This is my 3rd time in Zen Ladakh and as always I loved my stay there. I stayed in the Royal Suite and had a lifetime experience of stay over there. I would like to mention some amazing things and a couple of things to improve:
1. Food is absolutely delicious and have a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner.
2. Staff is very helpful and prompt.
3. The Royal Suite (where we stayed) was a luxury with a spacious balcony from where the view is really nice
4. Special mention to Mr. Dorjey who, everytime makes our stay comfortable and memorable in this property. It is lovely to get such acquaince who turns out to be a great friend.
Just a couple of things they can take care if are -
1. The shower of the washroom needs some maintenace especially during off season
2. They could also do something about the pigeons who makes the balcony really dirty and difficult to sit for a long time.

Leh was an amazing experience - it is a place which cannot be described in words! And the Zen folks made our visit very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. P.C.Thakur - the G.M. who took personal interest in planning the itinerary. We were traveling with children and Leh is a tough destination but kudos to Mr. Thakur and his team - our travel, our food, our stay at Nubra valley and not to miss the oxygen cylinders were all taken care of. Special thanks to Ms. Idgah in the front office and Mr. Sanjay in the restaurant for making it a memorable and fun filled stay for my family and friends in the hotel.

Every year those who have good budget for vacation stayed here. The working staff are very helpful,kind and always jolly nature.
Here you can have every cuisine of india, whether it is from north india, south India, or also international cuisine, such as Chinese,Italian etc.
Ladakhi cuisine is the one of the most famous available of food here.
It is almost 15 drive from leh airport.
You will never be regret after staying here.

The zen Ladakh is the best hotel in the Ladakh. Not only the amenities but the service they provide is very excellent. Especially Mr. bhatacharia , Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Mahendra are very cooperative and they are very helpful to the customers. There main motive is the customer satisfaction. The location of the hotel is awesome and the food is so so so delicious that it can’t be expressed in the words! They make the food whatever we want to eat. And they are always ready to help the customer happily and Mr. wang chuk is also good in the service. At last If u ever vist Ladakh then stay in the zen Ladakh for best food, view and the service!

Rooms are centrally heated and are spacious with wide window overlooking the mountain and well maintained at regular times.

The entire staff is well mannered, trained to meet and greet guests in professional way. I would like to thank all the staff for our memorable tour held in May, but to name a few Mr Wangchuk, Angchuk and the GM- Thinlas.
We booked a package tour directly with them and it was excellent and cost effective as there was no middlemen/brokers .
All the meals were very good! Very courteous team in dinning area. On the day of departure our flight was cancelled , on calling the hotel my taxi was there to pick us in jiffy.
Overall very satisfied with all the facilities, book your package with them to save money!

My 5N/6D Ladakh tour with The Zen Ladakh, this March, was simply magical. A wonderful place to stay in Leh, Ladakh.. great place with spa, swimming pool, gym and Great view of snow covered mountain, beautiful Garden an lots of things... Wonderful staff at restaurant " Tashi Dealek", nice and cozy rooms with heater, warm bathroom floor... I even don't remember what else they have there... Really great place. Close to Leh local market, Shanti Stupa, and Leh palace.... Just 7 to 8 min far from Airport.. lovely people with right attitude , great hospitality.. thank you very much everyone at Hotel The Zen LADAKH.... I will surely visit you guys again....

I had booked the Zen for my family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. The Room was in the new wing. From the check in until the departure Mr. Wangchuk and the Team of the Hotel treated us like like Kings and Queens. He was allways available and assured our full satisfaction until the smallest details - from Wifi to special food for our children.
Our 5 year old daughter had a little problem with the hight and they promptly helped.
The room was very spacious and well equipped. The food in the Restaurant was good and well prepared.
The location is close to the airport and to downtown of Leh.
